Hello everyone my name is Rebecca and I have 2 beautiful children, a 3 and a half yr old son named Corey, and a 9 week old daughter named Tazmyn. Lets go back 4 years ago I was 18 years old such a young mum to be, my pregnancy was great. I went one week over but I went into labour naturally, although I was to be induced later in the week. It was a Friday morning when I had my first contraction, they were getting stronger and harder I got to 5 min apart and decided to go the hospital. I arrived at the hospital, where they sent me home cuz I was only 2 cm dilated. My contractions stopped for 12 hours no more pain no nothing, weird. Throughout Saturday my contractions came and went, but every hour I would get one large contraction which made me jump and make me cry they were really bad, anyway 9:00pm that night I as in hospital my waters had torn, a long 13 hours (6th of April 2003) later my beautiful boy was born. My labour was great. Being 18 I was sooo good no winging no swearing to tell you the truth it hurt, but not to the extent people made out. He is four in April and soon in kinder. He is my angel and my life. I will do anything for him he is my Savior.

Now I also have a little girl. Tazmyn is 9 weeks old. A totally different experience complete opposite to my son. My pregnancy as horrible where do I start, I was sick all day long for 4 months, yuck what a horrible feeling, at 6 months Ii had to give up work, I had split my pubic bone Ouch I know I felt it, my back was majorly inflamed and the pressure on my back my pubic bone and my feet was just so painful and it got worse, I also had gestational diabetes which I did not know until they broke my waters (Now that’s a long and different story) Anyway my gyno wanted me to be induced. On the 15th November (in Melbourne it was the coldest day in November in 50 years) off too the hospital I went. They broke my waters and four hours later out she came. This time I thought I was going to die but I thought about the little bundle of joy that I was about to bring into the world some one to love and cherish for the rest of there lives. Tazmyn is now 9 weeks old and brings joy to our lives every step of the day.

MY kids are my life I will do any thing for them. I love being a mum and I will never look back. Being such a young mum has made me a stronger person. My partner and I are looking forward into raising them to be smart caring and out going adults. Thank you for reading my stories, good with those who have and are going to have beautiful children like I did.
