Hi Sarah, I am going through the exact same thing at the moment with my son. For days he wasnt eating, and everything, and when he did he would spew it up. He had xrays and everything, showed just a little bit of gunk of his chect, but othre than that he was fine. Found out he has bronchiolitas, but he also has the runny nose and cough. Try giving your son some Hydralyte from the chemist. This helps him if he becomes dehydrated, from all the vomiting. As long as hes having wet nappies and dribble he should be ok. The peaditricains seem to know whats happening. Maybe it could be his formula? see how you go and good luck, char xx

ps: hey just another thing, try giving him less feeds more often. i found that helped with nathan. hes 5 months and usually has 240mLs every 3-4 hrs, so i found that giving him more than 60mLs made him bring it all up. so i gave him 60mls every now and again. maybe he has a little tummy bug or something? good luck sarah

hi srah i had this happen to my son when he was born he was premature. and he brought every think back up first they said he was lactose intolerant but then found he had a twisted bowel so it was blocked not letting any think pass thru so he vomited cause it had no where to go is your son opening his bowels? and if so its it the normal amount not trying to scare you but he may have a twsited bowel or he may be allergic to the milk he is on i would be taking him straight to a pediatrition as well or just to emergency cause like the other girls said he will need a drip to keep his fluids up or he will get very sick and start dropping in and out of counciousness hop ive helped hope things get better for ya little boy
