I had my little boy circumcised. I think its a very personal choice and I think it very much depends on the procedure, I've heard some real horror stories but I think if you want it done you should research it throughly. My husband and I researched as much as we could, we found a good doctor and our sons circumcision went really well. He was done at around 2 weeks and while he did cry during the procedure it was nothing a lil booby didn't cure :) We've had lots of comments on his 'nice circ' lol.

Totally up to you hun! We didnt get our boys done as a our hospital does not do them and before they are a week old we have to drive to another town which is a 4 hr drive to get it done! and also other reasons!
But like it was said its a very personal descision and not to be thought of lightly ! good luck !

I'm having a little boy in October and we have choosen not to go with circumcision as the bub has no immunity and there have been cases of the baby getting golden staf innfection in australian hospitals so I don't think I could do this to my little man but I have seen some terrible pics and it's very heart breaking to see what the little one has to go through to get better in my opinion I would wait until bub is a little bit older and his body has some immunity to infection, well that's what my plan is anyway. but it's totally up to you.

I have a 2 1/2 year old boy and i did not get him circumcised. It's a very personal decison and i have heard there are not very many doctors that do it now .. well thats the case for my area. But there are both a lot of good and bad points for both. check out sources etc on the net for advantages etc
